3. Refund, Cancelation and Returns Policy:
Terms and conditions return policy accordance to retailer who supplied the item’s . We source the products from different retails and suppliers. Some certain retailers will allow an exchange but not a refund, or will only be able to issue a credit note. Other retailers will accept full returns and refunds within specific time limit . On each purchase will issue you a receipt with returns and cancellations policy .
My personal shopping service fees are non-refundable in the event of a return, exchange, or refund.
Membership Terms & Condition:

•You must inform us if your order is value more than £5000.
•Once we have inform you on shipping cost you have 24 hr to do the payment otherwise we have to charge you £25 per day to store your parcel.
•Once you have received your order for return your parcel or exchange your order you have to contact the retailer or your supplier directly as our service is only for shipping your orders.
•If you have not used the service you have 140s to cancel the membership and you will be charged cancellation fee £50.00 (this will cover bank charge transfer and admin work)

•Parcels delivery accepted at our UK office from 9am to 6 pm Monday to Friday only
